Terms of Service
These website terms describe the basic conditions that apply when accessing Trevoro information and, where separately agreed, business services.
Working legal draft. Production terms for financial services should be reviewed by counsel and aligned with the exact Trevoro contracting entity, regulated partners, approved jurisdictions, product scope and client agreements.
1. Business services
Trevoro is intended for eligible business customers. Access to APIs, OTC services, treasury functions, payment services or settlement capabilities may require separate onboarding, due diligence, commercial agreements and product-specific terms.
2. No automatic entitlement to service
Submission of an enquiry, creation of an account or technical integration does not guarantee access to any currency, corridor, payout rail or financial service. Availability may depend on compliance approval, jurisdiction, partner support, liquidity and operational conditions.
3. Financial execution
Quotes may be indicative or executable as expressly stated. Rates can expire. A trade is not final until accepted in accordance with the applicable workflow. Payment and settlement times can be affected by third-party networks, banks, digital-asset networks, payment providers and local operating hours.
4. Customer obligations
Customers must provide accurate information, maintain secure credentials, use services only for lawful business purposes, comply with applicable laws and sanctions requirements, and promptly respond to reasonable compliance or transaction information requests.
5. Prohibited activity
Trevoro services may not be used for unlawful activity, fraud, sanctions evasion, money laundering, terrorist financing, deceptive conduct, unauthorized third-party transactions or any activity prohibited by the applicable customer agreement or partner rules.
6. Third-party infrastructure
Some services may depend on banking, payment, liquidity, blockchain, identity, telecommunications and other third-party providers. Trevoro is not responsible for events outside its reasonable control, subject to any obligations in a signed customer agreement.
7. Fees and pricing
Commercial fees, FX spreads, network costs, payout charges and other pricing are defined in applicable quotations, schedules or customer agreements. Website descriptions do not constitute binding pricing.
8. Intellectual property
Trevoro names, branding, software, documentation and website content are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No rights are granted except as expressly permitted.
9. Disclaimers
Website content is provided for general business information and does not constitute legal, tax, investment or financial advice. Product descriptions may change as infrastructure, partner coverage and regulatory requirements evolve.
10. Governing terms
Where a signed customer agreement exists, that agreement controls in the event of conflict with these website terms. The governing law and dispute process for financial services should be stated in the applicable customer contract.
